When you fly into Arequipa, the first thing you see after getting off the plane is the Misti volcano. You can't miss it! Misti's snowy white peak watches over the entire town. We were inspired by Peruvian hand crafts when we designed this hat, so we named it after our old friend Misti. Ethically hand knit in the shadow of the Misti volcano in baby alpaca yarn sourced from the Peruvian Highlands, we are proud to employ local women in the making of these cozy hats.
